Each kitchen has a built-in refrigerator, electric stove with hood, fan and a sink. Electric stoves in Apartment 1 and Apartment 3 have Ceran hot plates. In all kitchens you will find coffee-machine, quick water heaters, toasters and ample china, cutlery and household effects.

In the living room you will enjoy a large colour SAT. TV, depending on the apartment with either 500 or 1000 programs and a Internet-Radio with thousands of stations.

Many rooms of the apartments are furnished with solid wood furniture.

All bedrooms have radio alarm-clocks. The beds are up to the newest standards; they have wood duckboards and box spring- or latex mattresses. The duckboards can be lowered or heightened for individual comfort.
If needed, we can provide you with a cot, a high chair and a baby´s dressing table.

Bed linen, hand- and bath towels and dish-cloths are furnished without extra charge. There is an ironing-board and an iron at your disposal.

We have a "Fresh Baked Roll" service. The local bakery will bring your fresh rolls to the house before 7 a.m. and hang them on your front door.

All our Apartments come with a

free Flaterate-phone-connection (german wire net) with an own number and a

free Flaterate-Internet-connection DSL 50.000  (WLAN / WIFI in Apartment 1 and Apartment 2,  WLAN / WIFI and LAN in Apartment 3).
